What are sample videos?

You may choose to request a sample video while checking out. If you do, you will be sent a 10-second clip from your finished video. This way you can make sure it looks good, and request changes before receiving the finished video. Once you’ve approved the sample video, the final video will be made.

How long does it take to receive my video?

If you do not request a sample video while checking out, you will receive your finished video within 48 hours. If you want to approve a sample video first, then you will receive the finished video within 48 hours after approval. It may take longer if your customization requests require clarification or additional payments.

How long can my audio be?

The provided prices are for audio files up to 5 minutes long. You can provide a longer audio file and an additional payment will be required of $4 per minute over 5 minutes rounded up.

How can I provide a downloadable link?

To submit audio and images to be used in your video, you must provide a downloadable link. This link could be to a file hosted by a cloud storage provider like Dropbox or Google Drive. For images you can link to a web page that features the image.

How are videos delivered?

You will receive an email with a link to a URL that you can download the video at.

How long are videos stored?

Videos are stored for at least 30 days and may be deleted from our storage after 30 days. Please download your video before then.

What file types are supported?
